You will be responsible for paying for the third part payment gateway charges and those Service charges are not refundable.
Refund policy is applicable only within the first 2 days after the account creation. After the initial 2 days, there will be no refund offered to the user. However, your request to close the account will be processed.
Your refund will be processed within 24-48 hours after the request by the concerned authorities and your money will be credited back to your account in 3-5 bank days.
Note:
We reserve the sole right to assess the validity of the reason for cancelling the account. If no satisfactory answer is provided by you, we can refuse to refund the amount. For further details, you can check the Terms and Conditions Page.
